All orders received from Mondays to Saturday before 5:00 pm are shipped out on the same day following payment confirmation. Orders received on Sundays will only be shipped out on Monday by 1:00 pm latest. Deliveries will only be made once payment has been received.
Any order placed after 5:00 pm will be dispatched the following day except otherwise.


All orders are shipped in double vacuum sealed containers to conceal smell and disguised packaging to eliminate any possibility of suspicion. No cannabis related information will be found on the package. We arrange for either home or post box delivery in such a way that client won’t have to sign before receiving in order to ensure utmost confidentiality. Once we ship out, tracking number will be communicated to you including precise delivery time and any other relevant information.

For clients within the USA offer next day delivery, 2 days and 3 days delivery. Our free shipping offer succumbs to the 2 to 3 days delivery plan. So client’s needing a next day delivery will have to pay an extra $25.

For clients, outside the USA, orders generally take 3-5 days to get delivered. However, as earlier mentioned, precise delivery time will always be communicated to the client forehand.


Upon receiving your order, If you discover that the goods are faulty or package has been tampered with, please notify us by email or telephone within 2 days of receiving them. You must quote your order ID number, parcel tracking number, brief product description and state
your reason for return. You shall then be instructed on how to return the goods to us. All such products must be returned in their original packaging, in an unused, resalable condition.

Following inspection  and confirmation that goods are actually defective as claimed, you will be contacted with an offer of either a full refund, replacement or exchange of your order depending on your preference.
